The cozy and beautifully furnished 2-room apartment is located on the 6th floor of the house “Alexandra”. The residential building is ideally located at the entrance to the village of Arosa with bus stops, shopping facilities and a delicious pizzeria in the immediate vicinity. The Obersee, train station and mountain railroads are also within easy walking distance. This apartment is unfortunately not suitable for small children. 1 bedroom (1x double bed) 1 bathroom with shower, separate WC Living and dining area with foldaway bed (for 2 people) Open, equipped kitchen 2 balconies Outdoor parking space at the house included Bed linen and towels included No pets allowed
