This luxury new house is well located in Richmond’s prestige Shangri-La community. The licensed facility is fully equipped with central air conditioning, automatic air freshening, geothermal heating, and multiple security systems. All rooms come with queen size comfortable beds, and with top-of-the-line brand sanitary ware in ensuites. The Superior queen master suite features Jacuzzi, double basins marble countertop, Swarovski crystal chandeliers, walk-in closet and large balcony.
There are parks, supermarkets, restaurants, banks, pharmacies, Starbucks, 403 and 407 bus stops, all are within 5-15 minutes of walking distance. It’s only 8 minutes drive to Richmond Centre and approximately 15 minutes to Vancouver International Airport. Taxi and Uber are available 24 hours, and Vancouver International Airport is about twenty-seven plus tips.
