Select a damage protection option – • Pay a 50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver (covers up to 700 CAD in accidental damage), OR • Choose a 700 CAD refundable security deposit (held 2 days before check-in, released 5 days after checkout). A 2% fee applies; refunded total is 686 CAD unless canceled before processing. All steps must be completed to receive check-in details and entry instructions. IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: ★ Grande Rockies Update: Hallway Replacement Project - There's an ONGOING Hallway Renovation Project. You will see information/caution signs in the lobby and by all elevators in place. - Contractors will need unit doors to be opened so they can paint door jambs. We have one designated underground parking stall in the parkade of the complex. Please note that the height clearance for the underground parkade is 7 feet. Pack & Play: Free with 24 hrs notice. After check-in requests: 75 CAD delivery fee. No smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, vaping). A CAD500 + tax fee applies if the property smells of smoke or if evidence of indoor smoking is found.
