Central North Vancouver home that offers over 1600 sq ft of outdoor space including pool, hot tub, BBQ, outdoor heated dining area, and large patio spaces offering south-westerly views of the city skyline, water, and North Shore mountains. The home has several private bedrooms each with a private bathroom, and a communal kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry, and outdoor spaces. This private room has a Queen bed, private ensuite bathroom, closet, desk, TV. You have access to your private bedroom/ensuite bathroom (with lock on bedroom door), and the rest of the space in the home/outside is communal space, including kitchen, living room, dining room, pool, hot tub. Note: pool not heated year-round, but hot tub is.*pool and hot tub access is only permitted after signing a waiver

Neighbourhood information

We are approximately a 10 minute drive to the base of Grouse Mountain, a 23 minute drive to the top of Cypress Mountain, and a 27 minute drive to the top of Seymour Mountain! As we are situated at the top of a hill, if you're bringing large luggage and don't have a car, we recommend taking a taxi/Uber-we are uphill from the closest bus stop. Business Licence: #0278683
