Property information

Situated on tree lined street in West Point Grey community. Very good location. Close to UBC, Spanish Banks Beach and parks. This is a 4-room basement unit with a separate entrance from the main unit. The entrance to the unit can be seen from the walkway next to the house. There is 1 bathroom in the unit.
