Newly Renovated and Furnished Location! Location! Location! This spacious 1-bedroom plus loft, located right downtown Canmore, is steps away from shops, restaurants, nightclubs, and all the conveniences and energy of the charismatic downtown. Our sophisticated loft comfortably welcomes up to 10 guests, featuring a king bed and queen Murphy bed in the loft bedroom, a queen-over-queen bunk in the second bedroom, and a queen pullout sofa in the living room. A unique feature of our condo is the generously sized dining table with comfortable seating for all 10 guests, perfect for unforgettable gatherings with family and friends. The space is equipped with 3 portable air-conditioned units to keep the condo cool. Many of the buildings for Canmore's short summer season were not built with central A/C, so we have added these portable units to make you extra comfortable during your stay. Security Deposit, Rental Agreement, and ID required before arrival.

Canmore is a charming mountain town located in the heart of the Canadian Rockies, just a short drive from Banff National Park. The town is surrounded by stunning mountain vistas and offers an abundance of outdoor activities for visitors to enjoy. Canmore is growing quickly, and with growth in such a beautiful part of the world comes more busyness - especially when it comes to parking. If you are travelling with more than one vehicle, please be prepared for some challenges, particularly with street parking. The most difficult time to find a space is often later in the evening. You'll find a few options in Canmore.  Limited Free Street Parking - Available on a first-come, first-served basis in some areas. Paid Parking Lots - Certain public and private lots offer hourly or daily rates.  Standard-Sized Stalls - Most designated spots (including the first included vehicle space) are standard size, which may be tight for large vehicles or trucks.  Please note: The busiest times for parking are during high season (June through September) and on weekends year-round. Plan ahead and allow extra time to secure parking during these periods.
