This 8th-level condo building is a part of a complex that is situated in the very heart of East Vancouver. It has a small gym and an outdoor pool. The building, currently, is being renovated, hence, there may be minimal to moderate construction noise during weekdays, from 8am to 3:30pm, except holidays. There is no construction inside the unit.
Wilfred is a Fashion Designer who has been staying in the property since 2022. Charlo is a Realtor.
The building is a 20-minute transit and car-ride to Downtown and a 15-minute walk to Commercial-Broadway Skytrain Station, where Safeway Grocery Store is located. There are restaurants, bus stops, banks, coffee shops, and many more, within a block radius. The neighbourhood is, generally, located in a very safe area.
