The beach on Great Guana Cay is two miles of the most pristine, powdered-sugar sand and crystal clear turquoise water, anywhere in the world. You will take in the view and walk straight onto the beach from Sea Salt Bahamas with direct access, steps from your private veranda on the dune. This is an exceptional villa for peaceful oceanfront relaxation. Other people here are few and far between. But when you're ready for a party, or just a casual outdoor meal, Nippers Beach Bar & Grill is just a 10 minute stroll down the beach. The house is designer-appointed with: Master Bedroom: King bed with an ensuite bath featuring double sinks for added convenience. Second Bedroom: Queen bed, ideal for couples or additional family members. Third Bedroom: Twin-over-full bunk bed with a trundle, perfect for children or additional guests. Guest Bathrooms: Two shared guest bathrooms, ensuring ample space for everyone. Full Kitchen: Equipped with all modern amenities, perfect for preparing gourmet meals. Dining Room: Elegant dining area that comfortably seats 6 guests. Living Room: Spacious and beautifully furnished, ideal for relaxation and entertainment. The covered outdoor living space is truly expansive with separate dining and lounging space for six, recessed lighting and ceiling fans, to make every hour taking in the view, comfortable and serene. Large Porch: Overlooking the beach with gorgeous teak lounge furniture. Exterior Dining: Table for 6, perfect for al fresco meals with a view.
