I am a cheerful, extroverted woman, I love nature and I love animals, I am inspired by art and work as an architect. I made this house on the edge of the beach with much coziness for my family and so that other people can enjoy this beautiful space made with lots of love.

Property information

We have 6 suites close to the sea for you to enjoy good moments of leisure or even to work. We serve a delicious breakfast of freshly squeezed fruit and espresso. The house offers a large garden with swimming pool and lots of green area. The neighborhood is very quiet with markets, banks, pharmacies and restaurants close by. Papas that have furry animals will be well received.

Neighbourhood information

The Campeche neighborhood is special because it houses a quiet but structured lifestyle. A strong connection to nature plus a clean open sea beach and a beautiful Island. The Island of Campeche, which faces the entire length of the beach. Access to the island takes place through boats that stay in the sand and make the function of coming and going during all the days in the season season. Off the beautiful beaches of Florianópolis, the Island offers; lots of fun in the bars and night clubs, hiking on the numerous trails, boat trips and beautiful restaurants on the beach.
