Pura Vida is just 200 metres from Copacabana Beach, and features barbecue facilities, a party area and free Wi-Fi. The 24-hour front desk arranges airport shuttle and bike rental services. Set on a historical building with spacious interiors, this hotel offers rooms with a ceiling fan, lockers and a shared bathroom. Some feature a private bathroom with shower. Guests can enjoy refreshing drinks at the Taverna Saint Roman Bar, and have lunch in the dining area. There are several restaurants and bars nearby Pura Vida Hostel. The historic Garota de Ipanema Bar, where Bossa Nova was created, is located on Ipanema Beach, which is 5 blocks from the hotel. Ipanema-General Osório Subway Station is only 200 metres away. Laundry services are also available.
