Set 200 metres from Pipa's Central Beach, La Réserve Maison offers a collection of self-catering villas with a private pool, tropical gardens and modern décor. Parking is free. Individually decorated, the villas feature air conditioning and have a seating area with a sofa and flat-screen TV. The bedrooms have floor-to-ceiling windows and pool views from the balcony. A kitchen is available with a refrigerator, stove top and utensils. There are two private bathrooms, each with a heated shower. There is also a rooftop terrace. The house is located 20 metres from Pipa Village centre and 500 metres from Praia do Amor Beach. São Gonçalo do Amarante International Airport is 100 km away.

La Réserve is unique: surrounded by tropical gardens, reserved and in the hearth of Pipa. The arquitecture has been designed by a (quite) famous architect of Rome, Mr. Franz Moscati. Who gave a modern and minimalist touch to this complex of 9 white Villas with swimming pool. Who projected large spaces for the bedrooms, bathrooms and living area which ends in a wet sofà ("sofà molhado") or small swimming pool and private garden. You will feel more in Miami than Pipa here!
A group of friends, all italians, decided to move and invest in a tropical place, which they found out to be Praia de Pipa. This started in 2008. And ended in 2014. Yes...2014. Getting though all construction and environmental (don't forget Pipa is a protected area) permits and licenses was a nightmare. A pretty varied group of people started out La Réserve from scratch: a dentist, a sailing boat designer, a civil engineer, a sales director and 2 media guys.
La Réserve is literally at 200 steps from everything. You take the pedestrian access of the property and find your self on the main street where ATM's, shops, supermarkets, restaurants and central beaches are. But you are at the right distance not to feel bothered by this lively little fisherman village. Outside of the property you also find a big Gym, yoga and pilates lessons. Tennis courts are at 500 mt. Beaches at 250 mt. All this in a chic and reserved area where our Villas have been designed.
