Welcome to the Italian Garden House. we are SIMPLE acomodation and welcome all in. Room bed is about 1,38cmx 1,88cm( regular size in Brazil) and toliet is small. PLEASE CHECK THE DAY OF THE POOL ARE IN SERVICE . MONDAY AND TUESDAY WE WE DONT PROVIDE THE POOL SERVICE . 10am to 6pm Wednesday to Sundays . * We are a different corner for your rest, whether for one night or as many nights as necessary. We are just 5 minutes from Campo Grande airport (2,8km )and 7 min from the city center (4km). We are not a party house, but a small family inn located close by to militariy area. * We believe that you will be happy in our simple house because we do everything possible to make you feel at home and confortable. * We have some restrictions regarding the use of air conditioning as the constant use being alternated with the use of fans. * Swimming pool working from WEDNESAY to Sundays. CLOSED Brazil WINTER TIME JULY AND AUGUST. * GARAGE is FREE of charge but NEEDS to be BOOKED in advance. Just a covencional car. * We are used to CHECK IN TILL 12AM and CHECK OUT ANY TIME this is not a problem for us *) just let us know the day before your check in AS WE DONT HAVE RECEPTION 24hrw . Please let us know the time of your arrival it’s very important for us !! * We have an airport / pousadal / airport reception service, day and night, per trip, with a small charge also prior notice is required 7am till 1am. * We dont provide BREAKFAST but , you can use the kitchen to prepare your on food .Supermarket just 3min walking by . * We do chauffeur service in the city with a small charge. * We have a 2 resgate dogs in the hotel so, if you not happy to have them around we can keep them away. *We will be at your disposal for more information our whatssap . The house is located in a neighborhood close to Campo Grande International Airport about 5 minutes away by car. Quiet neighborhood where the location and near .the military areas. We are also 7 min from the center (old town) by car. It is not a party house and the common areas are for guests only and are shared. In the vicinity of the house there are supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, police station, churches and other shops that can be convenient. There is a bus stop right in front. Very easy address for delivery of food, drinks etc. If necessary more information we are happy to attend you . Thank you and see you soon !!
