The location of the building is the most centralized of the tourist area of strength. The waterfront is the focal point, the nucleus where all travelers and tourists settle. The location has pharmacies, gas stations, super markets, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, clubs, bars, steakhouses, banks, money exchange and car rental agencies. The building is well centered between the seaside the leftmost to Iracema Beach, the right is the Handicraft Market at a distance of 60 meters or so building. Full view of the sea, the beach can be accessed just down the street.
