Located in the rural condominium Sun Point, the guests can enjoy the tranquility and peace in the midst of one of the most beautiful natural landscapes of Minas Gerais. The house has a swimming pool overlooking Furnas Lake, where one of the most beautiful sunsets in the region can be seen. The neighborhood is located 6 km from Centro de Capitólio, a place where you can enjoy the best bars in the region and a unique and cosmopolitan cuisine.

We are located in the Ponta do Sol Rural Condominium, located 6km from the downtown of Capitólio. The neighborhood is quiet and in addition to being among nature, the neighborhood has a marina from where boat trips leave, which visit the most relevant tourist spots in lake furnas.
