Holiday home, 370mts2 of built area, large outdoor space with swimming pool, barbecue area, living room and outdoor dining area. 5 cars parking lot garage. Quiet wooded neighborhood but at the same time very close to Ubatuba's central area. Close to beaches such as Vermelha do Norte, Tenório, Cedrinho and with ease access to northern beaches such as Itamambuca, Felix, Almada, Fazenda. The holiday house can accommodate up to 13 people in 5 large suites all with balconies and AC. 4 of the rooms with double beds and 1 with 2 bunk beds and a single bed. Large kitchen, fully equipped: microwave, blender, mixer and juicer, as well as all utensils. It has 3 relaxing rooms: TV room on the mezzanine, fireplace room and living room on the external balcony, in addition to 2 dining rooms, one internal and one external. Swimming pool with deck, garden, barbecue area, cars garage and laundry room with washing machine. Amenities: sheet, pillow, blanket and liquid soap
This is a house that was designed and built by our parents in 1996. We are 1 brother and 2 sisters who take care of the house: Me (Thaise), Alexandre and Daniela. Dani lives in another neighborhood of Ubatuba with her 3 children and husband and Alexandre and I live in São Paulo. Probably who will receive you will be Alexandre =)
Parque Vivamar is an open condominium close to the central part of Ubatuba. Very wooded, only residential houses and quiet streets. It has an entrance through the BR 101 and also through the Center of Ubatuba. It has easy access to Itaguá and is 1.4 km from the central region where you can find the best restaurants, shops and activities in Ubatuba. 3 km away from Tenorio beach 3.2 km away from Praia Grande 3.6 km away from Praia Vermelha do Centro 4.6 km away from Cedro beach
