The philosophy of Villa Seraphina is to spend time outside, enjoying the scenery and the greenery. The pinnacle of the property is a well-tended garden of circa 1,000 m2 with plenty of space for kids to play. A selection of various types of cacti and other exotic vegetation is a feature of our garden. The shade over the front of the house comes several vines planted back in the ‘80s. There is an outdoor barbeque adjacent in typical Balchik style. A relatively large sized (9x4.5 metres) swimming pool is another key feature of our garden. Villa Regina Serafina is on three levels with the upper two having a separate entrance. It is fully airconditioned with Daikin equipment capable of both cooling as well as heating the place. We can accommodate about 10 people (say a family per floor). There are bathrooms at each level and two fully equipped kitchens with washing machines, one for the ground level and the second for the upper two floors. The interior is spacious with large windows and as little furniture as possible, aiming to maximise the space and convey a message of lightness and freedom of movement. By the same logic the predominant colour scheme is white.
The villa is situated about 1 km away from the Botanical Garden (a..k.a. Regina Maria Palace), which is the biggest tourist attraction in Balchik, where the nearest beach is situated. The resort Albena is about 10 km away, while Varna (the regional urban centre with airport) is about 40 km from the property. Other attractions nearby are Cape Kaliakra (35 km) and Dalboka Mussel Farm (30 km). It is located off the main road in a quiet neighbourhood with plenty of greenery surrounding it.
