Brand new 22 storey building located next to the seaside park. Walk to the beach 5-10 minutes walk through the park. 15min walk to the city center. Unique view of the city, the lake and the sea. The building has a swimming pool, restaurant, cinema, sauna, bar. A unique combination of all the needs for a summer holiday and home comfort.
You can communicate with me in Russian, English and Bulgarian. If you have any additional requests about what you need to have in your room upon arrival (food, drinks or something else that is not indicated in the apartment’s profile), please write and I will do my best to have it.
In the vicinity of absolutely all the attractions of the city - 10 minutes walk Central Mall, 5-10 minutes walk to tennis courts and the beach. 10-15 minutes to large grocery stores.
