Property information

Bungalow GHP-B is located in a quiet and green area, in a private, well-maintained, landscaped property, less than 200 m from the beach, with a wonderful Sea view. Access to the beach (Veteran/Fichoza) is via a path through the forest, the journey takes 7-8 minutes. The beach is sandy and quiet. There is a nudist part. The bungalow consists of: 1/ room ​​17 sq.m., with a sea view, furnished with a double bed (150/200 cm), inverter air conditioning, built-in kitchen (with sink, refrigerator, microwave, hotplate, hot water kettle), TV, two-wing wardrobe, table and chairs, telephone, night lamp; 2/ private bathroom with WC, sink, bathroom cabinet, shower and boiler; 3/ corridor leading to the room and bathroom with two double-winged lockers, two hangers and a shoe rack; 4/ outside summer kitchen with external sink and oven; 5/ summer veranda overlooking the sea, with a table, chairs and a large umbrella covering the entire veranda. Free high-speed wired and wireless internet is provided. The bungalow also has its own security system. In a next-door property, with direct access from the one in which the bungalow is located, there is an outdoor pool with umbrellas and sunbeds, which can be used free of charge. The GHP (GardenHousePalace) building is also located in this property, with a spa centre (jacuzzi, steam bath, sauna, relaxation room, massage room), which can be used for an additional fee. The GHP also has a check-in reception with a bar-tavern. The bar has a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The bungalow is well-insulated with an air-conditioner, suitable for use all year round.
