IMPORTANT 1. This is a residential building absolutely NO parties or loud music permitted. STRINGENT QUIET TIMES ARE STRICTLY 9PM - 9AM NO EXCEPTIONS. 2. Smoke alarms are very sensitive, when cooking please open the front door and balcony door to allow a breeze.
