This is the most recent addition to our suite of services under the Shellharbour Marina Group. We live in such an amazing part of the country and wanted to be able to share our holiday accommodation with all of the many visitors that the Shellharbour region attracts. The Shellharbour and Illawarra region is seen as a premium NSW holiday destination and offers an amazing mix of coastal and natural bush locations for visitors to enjoy, not to mention the new Shellharbour Waterfront Marina located in Shell Cove.

Property information

This brand new home is modern in design and interior with loads of natural light perfect for relaxing in the open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooktop, oven and all the amenities you need to cook in style and luxury in your holiday home away from home. The courtyard is completely enclosed with a Weber Q gas BBQ and a great spot to sit, relax and entertain family and friends. This downstairs space is also equipped with a powder room, and a laundry which can be accessed through the garage.

Neighbourhood information

Shellharbour Village is a sought-after location and community that provides everything you need within a short walk or drive. The Village has much to offer including; Town Centre with shops, restaurants and cafes, Ocean Beach Hotel, South Beach, the boat harbour, ocean pool, cycle and walking tracks, Little Park and just down the road The Farm Beach, Killalea Regional Parklands, the Waterfront Marina, The Shellharbour Club, Stockland Shopping Centre and the Movie Precinct. Shellharbour Junction train station is just down the road. Wollongong is only 20kms away, 8 minutes to Kiama, 15 minutes to Jamberoo Action Park and a 1 hour drive to the Southern suburbs of Sydney. The Shellharbour Airport with regular flights to Melbourne and Brisbane is located in nearby Albion Park.
