Just a 5 minute walk from the heart of Byron Bay, Seadrift 31 offers a luxurious 3 bedroom townhouse complete with free WiFi and access to shared outdoor swimming pool perfect for a relaxing family holiday. Downstairs has a large open plan living/dining/kitchen area which opens out into a private courtyard with BBQ. The kitchen has all modern appliances and is fully equipped for entertaining. There is a Smart TV in the living area and master bedroom. Upstairs has 3 spacious bedrooms the master with king size bed, private balcony, walk in robe and ensuite. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and shares a bathroom with the 3rd bedroom which has 2 single beds. There is air conditioning throughout the townhouse to help keep things cool or warm depending on the season. A Tesla charger has just been installed in the garage for electric vehicles. All this just a 10 minute walk from Main Beach, 5 minute drive to the Cape Byron Lighthouse or Byron Bay Golf Course, 30 minutes to Ballina/Byron Gateway airport or 45 minutes to Coolangatta Airport. There is a communal swimming pool in the complex to keep the kids entertained. There is complimentary WiFi for emails and internet browsing and linen is supplied. This property is self-contained with bed, bathroom and kitchen linen supplied. It is not serviced. If you would like a service clean (this will be at an additional cost to you) please don’t hesitate to contact our office. You will need to supply your own toiletry items (we only provide a few basics).
