Featuring two extra-large bedrooms with mirrored built-in robes, ceiling fans, and access to the rear balcony that receives morning sun, a perfect place for a peaceful coffee. A large covered balcony overlooks Wallis Lake and the mountains with spectacular views and sunsets. Through stacker doors, the living area opens onto the balcony. You will love the fantastic views of the lake from the living area with its glass walls! To maintain a comfortable climate, there are two sun shades on the balcony, and throughout the apartment there is reverse cycle air conditioning to keep you cool during the hot summer nights. The garage is remote controlled and has room for storage at the rear. The complex's basement is protected by two security gates.
