    Location perfect - on river with beach across the road , easy walking distance to main street restaurants , the Wharf and Fish Markets . Only drove the car once to Kawana Waters Farmers markets . Apartment had large living room and nice pool area.

Mooloolaba Wharf is close by to dine on the freshest seafood or try one of the many restaurants and cafes with amazing food on the Coast. There is a patrolled surf beach across the road to this complex or why not enjoy paddle boarding on the canal
