Portobello Resort Apartments are centrally located in Broadbeach only 1 block from the beach and directly opposite Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. The new light rail system is also only 200 metres away which provides quick and easy transport through Surfers Paradise to the University and Gold Coast Hospital past Southport. Please note that there may be some noise from nearby buildings under construction, this noise is out of our control and will vary during the different phases of the construction process. Please note that the Stage 3 Gold Coast Light Rail construction extension of the tram tracks through the Pacific Fair Drive intersection have now commenced and may include works during the day and night from the end of March through until approximately the end of April, these works are outside of our control.
The area has continually changed over the past 10 years and now with Stage 3 upgrade of the light rail extension to Burleigh right on our doorstep we are excited on what the future brings. The neighbourhood is also packed with strong local businesses from world class restaurants cafes & bars to Mini Golf and scenic cruise's up the Nerang River. Further afield a short trip up to the Hinterland to visit the Tamborine Skywalk Rain Forest and the O'Reilly's Lamington National Park. Then there is the beach! Just one block away we are so central it's perfect.
