Perched high on Bennetts Head, this private townhouse is immersed in panoramic views of One Mile Beach, Cape Hawke, the golf course and Wallis Lake. Upstairs is the fully-equipped kitchen & huge open-plan living area, featuring floor to ceiling windows and glass bi-fold doors, showcasing the stunning coastline from every angle. On the same level you’ll find a parents retreat as the master bedroom, boasting private ensuite, walk in robe and balcony access. The additional 2 bedrooms are downstairs, along with a balcony and a second smaller living area – a perfect space for kids to escape the parents! The property also features a laundry equipped with a washing machine and in addition to the main bathroom and ensuite, there is an extra toilet off the living room. ** Electric vehicles: E-scooters and E-Bikes are not permitted in any of our properties.
