This luxury resort style, waterfront property is in a prime location on Lake Mulwala, it gives you direct access to the lake and public jetty for all water and boating needs. Ideally positioned to take full advantage of all that Yarrawonga has to offer. (Please refer to the About The Neighbourhood section for all that is offered in the surrounding area) This property is perfect for couples, families or groups of friends wanting the perfect getaway. Bedroom Configuration: -A Master bedroom with a King bed, large walk-in robe & ensuite. -Bedrooms 2,3 and 4 all contain queen beds and large robes * All bedrooms also come equipped with FLAT-SCREEN TV, airconditioning and fold outs. Other inclusions: -Fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, oven and walk in pantry -2 dining areas -2 Lounge areas with flat screen TV - 3 toilets, 2 showers and a spa bath. - Outdoor dining area with BBQ, Flat screen TV and even your own POOL and SAUNA!! Extra perks are that you have a large beautiful fenced in grassed area surrounded by a gorgeous landscape. A playground is also to the left of the property so children can play within eyesight.

This property is Neighbours with the award winning Sebel Hotel, restaurant and spa which is also connected to the new Black Bull Golf Club. It is situated on Lake Mulwala with all of your boating, water sports, jet skiing and fishing needs right at your doorstep. You can also enjoy all the other activities that this great location has to offer such as bush walking, bike riding, the open spaces, winery tours, amazing restaurants and let’s not forget the pubs and clubs which have on call courtesy buses to pick you up and take you home if needed. All you need to do is contact the location you are going to in order to arrange these buses. (Buses are free of charge) Alternatively, if you wish to have more of a chilled vibe you can also just choose to enjoy this large property and chill by the pool and sauna with the stunning views of Lake Mulwala. This property caters to all ages and to all of your needs ! Please Enjoy your stay!
