The townhouse is discretely located a few minutes walk from little cove beach, with the boardwalk to Hastings street in one direction and the entry to the national park in the other. It has recently been renovated with a modern living area, dining and kitchen area equipped with Miele appliances. It also includes private roof top terrace, downstairs court yard with bbq area, air conditioning, laundry, downstairs toilet, built-in wardrobes, newly carpeted bedrooms, outdoor shower and undercover car port.
