Your own private airconditioned house nestled in a secluded valley with sweeping panoramic views on a serene 139 acres. Our farmhouse combines rustic charm with modern comfort. - All beds have 100% cotton sheets or bamboo cotton to keep you cool. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, and the property is air-conditioned (with heating). So you will be in complete comfort in winter or summer during your stay. - This property can cater to 12 (including the use of the Cot). - The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, and there is also a high chair provided and children's plates, cups, bowls and cutlery. Babies & Toddlers: Our cot is for both babies and can be converted for toddlers (please note: this makes up the 12th spot, so please let us know if your baby or toddler is coming in the numbers, and we will tailor the bed for you). If you have 12 guests (including a baby or toddler), an extra three single trundle beds will be provided. Two in the master bedroom and one in the lounge (that also has the queen mattress sofa bed) Activities: - Tin Can Bay, Rainbow Beach and Noosa are only 30-40 mins away. So you get the best of both worlds country and the beach, - Use the fire pit and wood-fired BBQ/outdoor kitchen (BYO Wood); there is also a separate gas BBQ on the front deck; - Encounter wildlife (this is a partial environmental conservation area: so there are plenty of Koalas, Wallabies and exotic birds etc), - Hand feed the chickens, ducks & guinea pigs (On request) - Stargazing (On a clear night, you can see the stars from most beds and your back deck too). - We have provided plenty of family-friendly board games and outdoor games. - We have also provided a Bluetooth speaker, and a Karaoke machine for your own personal entertainment. We can also provide a Wii console and DVDs by request (free of charge - but they are checked in and out). Please note that we do not have a TV signal and phone reception is limited.
