Please note hours may vary, should you be arriving after the hours listed, please contact reception prior or alternatively should you not reach us in time, there is a phone located on the front of the reception doors which will automatically connect you to our external reservations team whom will gather the required booking information, who will then also provide you with the code to the safe located to the right of the reception doors which will have an envelope under the bookers name, along with a key and instructions on how to locate the rooms.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of AUD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
