I may be biased, but I believe that I have found Nirvana here at Byron Marvell. The apartment itself is beautifully laid out and extremely comfortable, but for me, the real magic begins when you venture out the back door and through the back gate; where you are immediately immersed into a tropical paradise. Nature abounds with Kookaburras, Ibis, beautiful coloured Lorikeets and Parrots, Flying Foxes and large water dragons present. A short stroll to all the best coffee shops and restaurants, whilst passing talented buskers plying their trade. Oh, and did I mention the beach is about 250 steps from your door! What else do you want??? Perhaps a trip on our World first solar train or a leisurely stroll through the Farmer's Market to sample some local produce. All this and we still haven't left town! So much to see and do. You'll just have to return another day!
Whilst you are staying with us, you will be capably looked after by Kaz. She is a local who loves Byron and she will ensure that you leave relaxed and recharged after an enjoyable stay. Whatever your reason for visiting our area, Kaz will provide you with the information you require to make sure all goes smoothly. If you are an active person like me, you will love running the track around the Lighthouse ( not sure about all the steps though). Perhaps you could join the locals each morning for their swim across the bay. Personally, I love the CrossFit at Byron, but there are many other gyms to choose from. Oh, you must try barefoot bowls at the Bowling Club across the road. Great fun! Just around the corner you'll find the Tennis Club and after a hit it's just up the hill to the "Top Shop' for one of their famous meals
Our Apartment is located at the back of the block and so there is limited road noise. Guests love the seclusion and the back access to the nature reserve with its abundant wildlife. Easy 2 minute walk to Espresso Head or Bayleaf , our favourites for a morning coffee. Popular dining at your doorstep, including Bang Bang, but it pays to book. Oh, don't leave without trying the food and breads at Sustainable Bakery. For me, lying in bed and listening to the breaking waves is the perfect way to end the day.
