Company information

Beth and I love of travel and new experiences which means we spend a lot of time as guests at other people's properties around Australia, New Zealand and frequently overseas. Through this, we have a good understanding of how to set-up and run properties for the best possible guest experience. We enjoy hosting and get great satisfaction from hearing happy feedback stories from our guests. Beth and I live in Sydney but spend a lot of time in the Noosa area and have long been attracted to natural beauty of the Noosa area and the enormous array of outdoor activities - hiking, surfing, kayaking, paddle-boarding, camping, fishing and exploring the area including the many interesting hinterland towns.

Property information

The Anchorage is in one of the very best locations in Noosaville - being at the eastern end of Gympie Terrace it provides guests with easy strolling access to the wonderful choice of great restaurants, bars, cafes and boutiques yet it is on the short one-way section that has no buses and few vehicles passing. The best feature is the riverfront position with uninterrupted views from the Noosa River Heads to Tewantin and the gorgeous Noosa hinterland including Mt Cooroy. We love the amazing Noosa bird-life but very happy that Anchorage is on the one small stretch of the riverfront that has no trees to host the noisy early morning and evening bird congregations. Not to mention the uninterrupted river views! The apartment is newly and beautifully renovated and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. The pool is the only Gympie Terrace pool that is on the riverside and has river views. Subject to signing a Waiver form we are happy for guests to use our bicycles, scooters, kayaks, paddleboads and other watersports and beach equipment.
