Monte Vista is a quality development of 18 townhouses built in 1990, set in spacious and delightfully established gardens, on almost two acres of prime land on top of the hill in the center of Sorrento. 7 & 8 Monte Vista are fully renovated three bedroom, two bathroom, double story townhouse, with heating and cooling throughout and a gas log fire for the cooler months, and complimentary wifi and Netflix. The upstairs living area is open plan with two outdoor deck areas. For your dining enjoyment a quality weber Q BBQ, free Wi-Fi, Netflix and bluetooth sound bar, CD and radio and UHD Smart TV. The kitchen is new, with a gas cook top, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pod machine and nutribullet, for you to enjoy the fruits of Scicluna’s famous produce and Sorrento’s famous vanilla slices. 7 & 8 Monte Vista are bright, fresh and modern with quality fittings, furniture and décor. Each bedroom has a television and seperate heating & cooling. The master bedroom and second bedroom have king beds and the master bedroom has an ensuite with a double shower. The third bedroom has a bunk with double lower bed, 8 Monte Vista has two single beds. The garage has a games room and table tennis table.
