Upon entry, you are greeted by an oversized, open-plan living area appointed with beautiful coastal-style lounges and an 8-seater dining setting. Featuring air-conditioning & a fireplace, it offers seasonal comfort. The living area flows seamlessly out onto the sun-drenched balcony, furnished with an 8-seater dining setting, and boasting views of the sparkling Tasman Sea. The entertainers will love the kitchen set-up! Located in the centre of the primary living space, it makes it easily accessible from the lounge, dining and balcony. Featuring gorgeous views and bar stools on one side so guests can engage with the host; entertaining is a breeze. Equipped with an electric cooktop, dishwasher, oven, under-bench integrated fridge and coffee machine, guests will have everything they need to create gourmet fare. There are ample storage and bench options, making this kitchen truly an entertainer's delight. The spacious master retreat boasts ocean views and a unique floating bed setup, with access to the walk-in wardrobe & ensuite behind the headboard – a practical but fun layout! Bedrooms 2, 3, & 4 are appointed with Built-in Wardrobes, with all bedrooms gorgeously styled with luxury bedding. Located on the entry-level, the main bathroom features a skylight, polished glass vessel sink, and shower over bath. Downstairs is a third bathroom, to service the 3rd and 4th bedrooms, and comprises of a shower, toilet and vanity. Guests staying longer can make use of the large internal laundry located on the lower level, which includes a washing machine and dryer. Just 600 metres from the entrance to Burgess Beach, this beautifully secluded spot is perfect for surfing, beach fishing, and exploring rockpools—plus, it’s a great lookout during whale season. Only 500 metres away is the southern end of One Mile Beach, where you’ll find Bostin Brew Co for a coffee or bite to eat, along with a park featuring BBQ facilities. The Fairways Shopping Precinct is a 5-minute drive (2.3 kilometres) and home to Swoop Café (a local favourite for coffee), Green Patina Homewares, a florist, and a pharmacy. Forster Tuncurry Golf Club is just 1.8 kilometres away, offering a well-kept course and bistro, while Club Forster (2.6 kilometres) features live music, four restaurants, and an exceptional kids’ play area.
