    Location was excellent! We barely had to use the car with only a 2km walk along the beach side from the unit to the heart or Nelson Bay. The unit was a good size, beds were comfy and kitchen and bathrooms in good order.

    Quiet area at this time of year (Oct) close to beach for small children. Close to all Nelson Bay shops, attractions. Would recommend for those that want to be within 100 m to a gentle safe beach, that is ideal for a quiet getaway.

The balcony is off the living area, relax and sit back and listen to the sounds of the wildlife. The balcony is off the living area, relax and sit back and listen to the sounds of the wildlife. This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. Parking: Double garage. Please note, only registered resident permit holders with vehicles registered with Port Stephens Council are allowed to park on the roadside in the Columbia Close cul-de-sacs and the cul-de-sacs along Gowrie Avenue.

Port Stephens is an easy 2.5 hours from Sydney, with its 26 beautiful beaches, the largest stunning sand dunes in the southern hemisphere, Great Lakes Marine Park and a National Park encompassing 42,000 hectares of Worimi Conservation Lands with fantastic coastal walks. If you love seafood you'll love the locally caught prawns, crabs and lobsters and freshly shucked oysters harvested from the sparkling blue estuary. An array of restaurants with spectacular views and waterside dining are available or a sunset dinner cruise or picnic at the beach might be more enticing. So many activities to do - Diving, fishing, Dolphin and Whale watching, Camel & Horse riding on the beach, boat hire, 4WD and quadbike sand dune rides, Golf, Health & Wellbeing and shopping are to just name a few.
