Our new and fully equipped apartment with a kitchen (oven, dishwasher, nespresso coffee machine, etc.), modern bedroom, bathroom with rainshower, highspeed WIFI, Flat TV with Streaming Services, etc. is only a few hundert meters away from the city center of See, Paznaun. Local restaurants, bars, supermarket, ...is in walking distance as well. The lake of See is just in front of us as well. Our eco-friendly house is taking the energy from the ground (60m geothermal drilling) for heating during winter and cooling during summer. To be even more energy efficient, we installed a central air system to constantly exchange the air in all rooms (20 degree celsius).
The ski area of See is also in walking distance or you can simply use the shuttle bus of the village. The famous sking resorts Ischgl and St. Anton can be reached by car or bus in just 20min.
