Located in Turracher Hohe, Naturchalets Turracher Höhe by ALPS RESORTS offers 4-star accommodation with private balconies. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. The accommodation provides a sauna, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. The chalet provides guests with a terrace, mountain views, a seating area, a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, and a private bathroom with shower and a hair dryer. A microwave, a toaster and fridge are also provided, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. At the chalet complex, all units are fitted with bed linen and towels. Ski equipment hire and bike hire are available at this chalet and the area is popular for skiing. Klagenfurt Airport is 65 km away.

Turracher Höhe is located in the Nockberge mountains on a nearly 1,800-meter-high alpine crossing between the Austrian provinces of Styria and Carinthia. The vacation region, which stretches around three picturesque mountain lakes (Turracher See, Schwarzsee and Grünsee), is considered home not only to the largest contiguous Swiss stone pine forest in Austria, but in all of Europe. Villach, the nearest major city with over 60,000 inhabitants, is about 60 km away. Thanks to the unique natural landscape and the wide range of vacation options, Turracher Höhe is the ideal summer resort destination in the Austrian Alps.
The ski resort Turracher Höhe (1.400 - 2.205 m) is an insider tip among the numerous ski resorts in the border triangle Styria-Carinthia-Salzburg. 42 km of snow-sure slopes in combination with 14 modern cable cars and lifts make the hearts of skiers and snowboarders alike beat faster. Among the highlights are the 1.5 km long "Snowpark Turracher Höhe" and the "XXL Funslope", one of the longest fun slopes in the world. Those who prefer a circuit should try the 12 km long "Turracher Höhe Seenrunde", where you can get an optimal overview of the ski area. An extraordinary highlight here is the so-called "Seetaxi", which provides the connection across the frozen Turracher See.
