The traditional building was built around 1900 in a traditional classic Viennese style. Therefore the apartment contains high ceilings which make you feel much more comfortable than in narrow hotel rooms.
Hi! I´m Clemens, the host of this apartment. Inside information and recommendations from a local is key for a memorable trip to Vienna. That´s why I try to get to meet all my guests personally and to offer the best service possible to get back from Vienna with the desire to return as soon as possible :-)
We are located close to the center in a quiet residential area. All necessary facilities like supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, banks and public transport are closeby. What our location makes so special is the close proximity to several green areas like Vienna´s largest park Wiener Prater, Augarten (with the Vienna Boys' Choir concert hall), the Danube river and and Danube Island (for sports and romantic walks). Further there is a very nice traditional outdoor market (Volkertmarkt) just 600m away.
