Company information

We moved to Austria a few years ago from the UK - we are officially Brexiting! We wanted to buy a traditional Austrian house in a central location to save it from developers! We love spending time skiing, going on bike rides, exploring new places and going for mountain lunches. We are very knowladgeable about the surrounding area and have lots of tips and info to impart upon our guests.

Property information

The apartments are based within a traditional Austrian House - each has its own front door. We have a large driveway with private parking for around 10 cars. Great for anywone with a classic car. We also have a large garden. We have completely refurbished in may 2024 with a traditional, modern and slightly quirky feel. Please note that the BASEMENT apartment DOES have windows and natural light but DOES NOT have a view of any kind! The basement apartment is veyr nice but is located below ground level.

Neighbourhood information

The house is located right in the centre of the Pinzgau region 5 mins from Zell am See & Kaprun. The house is at the start of The Grossglockner high alpine road with lots of space to park your car! We are also within in easy reach of Dorfgastein, Saalbach / Hinterglemm and Maria Alm if you want to go Skiing in the Winter. Also only 30 mins drive to the largest ice caves in the world and the castle at Hohenwerfen. There are many places to visit within a 30 minute drive. We have a Billa Supermarket and the small local Brewery directly across the road so, perfect for cooking in! There is also a ski bus and normal bus stop over the road with the train station 5 minutes walk or 1 minute by taxi. There are also many excellent local resturants within a few mins walk.
