Welcome to our “Haus im Schlossergässchen - your temporary home in Baden” Are you planning to come to the beautiful spa town of Baden near Vienna privately or professionally? If you are looking for a special ambience in a house situated in a prime location, you have come to the right place. Live in one of Baden's oldest and most romantic streets (pedestrian zone) - Schlossergässchen - in our carefully renovated house from the 18th century. The "Haus im Schlossergässchen" offers you a temporary home on approx. 75m² - in which you will feel really comfortable from the first minute. We look outside the box and offer you added value: Use our diverse range of services (arrangements) tailored to your individual needs and make your stay in Baden something special and memorable.
The once imperial summer residence town of Baden bei Wien (Baden near Vienna) offers its residents excellent infrastructure and a variety of cultural and sporting attractions. The house is situated in a quiet pedestrian zone, Schlossergässchen, between the Doblhoffpark and Baden’s city center. The location impresses with short distances to various sights, restaurants, cafes and public transport. Vienna, the nation’s capital, can be reached quickly and easily (in about 30 minutes) either by car via the highway “Süd Autobahn (A2)” or by public transport (Südbahn railway line at the Baden train station as well as with the Badner Bahn tram-train and bus line 360 to the Vienna State Opera). The nearby highway connection provides easy access to the Vienna International Airport and Neusidlersee (40 minutes each), as well as cities further away (Salzburg: 2.5 hours, Bratislava: 1 hour).
