The newly built chalet impresses with its exclusive equipment and the perfect location in the lower area of Königsleiten. You won’t miss anything in this chalet. With 16 people, you can enjoy your well-deserved holiday here with maximum comfort. In the Chalet you will find 8 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, so you can start your day in a relaxed morning. Two of the bedrooms have extra luxury with a freestanding bathtub, where you can spend relaxing hours with your loved one. You can use the wellness room on the ground floor, here you will find a sauna, a steam bath, as well as a rain shower. From the wellness room you can access a terrace where you can admire the beautiful mountain landscape from the hot pot. The kitchen with a large living room offers enough space to spoil your family and friends with culinary delights and to enjoy dinner together. A special highlight in the living room is the Ambiente fireplace, as well as the panoramic windows and the large terrace, which allows you the perfect view of the surrounding mountains. For a relaxed TV you can find in the 1. basement you will find your own home cinema, where you can watch your favourite films.
