Enjoy brand new, luxury apartments with generous space and great views!!! Ski-in/ski-out Apartments Top 8 and ToP 9 provide a unique possibility of keyless internal connection, which will create a generous space of 300 m2 with a total of 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 6 terraces, 1 whirlpool (TOP 9), 1 sauna (TOP 9), for up to 10 people (see description of each apartment). For the possibility of connecting apartments, please contact the owner. Each apartment has: modern equipment, spacious rooms with wooden ceilings, automatic exterior blinds, bathrooms with bathtub and shower, air-conditioning for cooling and heating, heated floors in all rooms, Wi-Fi, TV, generous kitchen space with a living room, 3 terraces/balconies, beautiful view of mountains and into the valley, shared garden for the building, barrier-free access from the apartment to the ski room and to the outside, ski-room with heaters, elevator, 2 covered parking spaces. TOP 8: Size: 130 m2, maximum capacity: 6 people, 3 bedrooms (6 beds), 2 bathrooms with a toilet & 1 separate toilet. TOP 9: Size: 160 m2, maximum capacity: 4 people, 2 bedrooms (4 beds), 2 bathrooms with a toilet & 1 separate toilet, whirpool & sauna.
I love space! That's why I want to treat it to the guests in our apartment, too!
The immediate surroundings offer ideal activities 365 days a year: skiing/cross-country skiing, toboggan tracks, snowshoes trail with guides, cycling, hiking, swimming, horse riding, golf, tennis, bowling, climbing wall, tandems, museums and playgrounds. The building has a shared garden, hiking trails starts next to the house and 200m from the building, you can find the ski lift station Spieljoch. In winter, when there is snow, it can be reached on skis. Activities in Fügen Swimming, 5 min by car: Erlebnistherme Zillertal Skiing, 5 min walk: Skigebiet Hochzillertal-Hochfügen-Spieljoch Hintertux Glacier, 45 min by car: skiing 365 days a year Golf, 8 min by car: Zillertal Golf Course Bakery Bäckerei Café Dorfbäck Fügen, 10 min walk: Hochfügener Str. 7 Pharmacy, 13 min walk: Dorf-Apotheke Fügen KG, Haupts
