The new resort Alpe Maritima in Annenheim truely is one of the most exclusive and modern Guest houses in the region. Built in 2020 it boasts spctacular views of the Lake Ossiach, the Landskron Castle and the Karawanken mountains. In short walking distance, you will reach the basestation of the Kanzelbahn cable car which will bring you to the top of the Gerlitzen in no time. Also, in walking distance you can use (free of charge) the lakefront property, the use of which is restricted to the guest of the Alpe Maritima resort. There you will find a small building which houses the private changing rooms, bathrooms and showers. There are lockers which you can use for your beach stuff. So, there is no need to transport all the things every day which you will need on the beach.
Viktoria and Lothar live nearby and can be reached easily. They will be happy to assist you with any questions you might have and give you hints about activities which can be found in the area or where you can find those secret best places for dining or entertainment. We speak English fluently and naturally, German.
Annenheim is one the most exclusive areas on the shores of the Ossiacher See. There is an abundace of sporting activities, ranging from all sorts of watersports to beautiful hiking and mountain biking all the way for those daring to take flight control with a paraglider. All of this is right next in walking distance to our apartment. Villach is a vibrant local community only a few kiolemters away and provides ample shopping pleasures as well as first class Carinthian cuisine.
