The fine print
The QE2 is an ongoing restoration programme and there will at times be areas affected by this. Due to the sheer size of the vessel, restoration work will take place in strategically selected zones which is not likely to affect our Passengers staying on board.
A valid identification, i.e. passport, United Arab Emirates ID, or GCC National Card, is required to be presented at the time of check-in or visiting the hotel as an in-house guest.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Queen Elizabeth 2 Hotel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of AED 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
