Check in was super easy and I was able to check out late before my flight. The breakfast was wonderful and the rooms are really nice. My room had full bed bunk beds -- it was so nice to have a little bigger space to sleep after twin bed throughout the rest of my trip. The hostel is in a great location too and is super clean!

It is a very cozy and sincere place. Everything is even better than in photos. Linda greeted me very warmly and good-naturedly. The feeling of comfort and coziness. Everything is clean and there is plenty of storage space in the room. The kitchen has everything for cooking. You are in my heart. Thanks for my comfortable stay.

The por poetry was very clean, the girl she is working there is absolutely fantastic, she did laundry for me. The location is perfect.

I appreciated: - friendly staff (many greetings to Caroline) - location in the center - reconstructed (2021) - room design - very simple and pure - exactly as I like it - comfortable bed (my back would tell me) - large wardrobe (you know woman) - bathroom with shower corner and toilet (same as I have it at home) - kitchenette with fridge, kettle, cooker - the café downstairs - nice fresh pastry every day (not only sweet), possibility to eat there through the day - breakfast, lunch and/or dinner (than you Sara and all others for nice and warm welcome) Hope to be back one day.

I was there during low season, and despite having booked just a bed in a dorm room, I had the whole room to myself for the week. Everything was super clean and fresh, you could tell the facilities were very new. The staff was super friendly, showed me around the place and recommended things to do while I was there. There's a great kitchen you can use if you don't want to go out to eat, but the hostel is very central so there are also several places to eat within a couple of minutes walk. The location just by the beach is perfect. Unfortunately my room didn't have an ocean view, but the private rooms do. There is not always staff on site, which I didn't mind, but be aware of it if you prefer a more traditional check-in experience and 24h reception. Before check-in, I got an email explaining what to do, and it was fairly simple if you have basic smartphone skills. The door was opened with an app, and when I arrived I didn't see a soul, but the room and bed number was clearly indicated in the app, so I just went there and got in without issues. They had also left a traditional key card for me on the reception desk, so I didn't have to worry about not getting back in in case my phone ran out of battery or something. I think these kinds of procedures are very handy, giving you a lot of independence about check-in times etc, but again, you might disagree if you prefer to only interact with humans. Highly recommended!

Everything! Location is AMAZING. The property itself is new and the finishes are excellent and the hostel is so well equipped. Would 100% stay there again! Ho(s)tel odzrkadľuje presne to, čo vidíte na obrázkoch a je to ešte lepšie vďaka skvelému prístupu majiteľov aj zamestnancov. Vládne tu veľmi príjemná a priateľská atmosféra, na raňajky sa podáva miestne jedlo, domáca granola a džemy. Ste presne v strede mesta, odkiaľ je všade na krok. Strávila som tu týždeň a ostala by som aj dlhšie. Vrele odporúčam 🙂

Globo Happy Hostel in Angra do Heroísmo features a terrace and a shared lounge. Free WiFi is available throughout the property and in-house parking is provided. We had an amazing stay at this hostel. The host was very attentive to our needs and was super available to reach out to. She responded every message within 2 minutes. We did a hike in the pouring rain and asked if there was a washing machine available and she generously took care of it. The rooms are spacious and everything is very clean. There is a beautiful kitchen and living area that invites you to talk to other guests. The location of the hostel is extraordinary. There is much to do in walking distance and many places to eat and drink. This place was above any expectations, surely for the small price that you pay and I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Terceira.
