Very clean and organized. Management was easy to contact and helpfull with anything that I needed. I was also abke to meet some of the other guests who were all very kind. I will definitely stay again when I am back in the city.

Check in was super easy and I was able to check out late before my flight. The breakfast was wonderful and the rooms are really nice. My room had full bed bunk beds -- it was so nice to have a little bigger space to sleep after twin bed throughout the rest of my trip. The hostel is in a great location too and is super clean!

But the staff, Joao and Andre, is what made it unique. Both were consistently eager to help all guests with any of our needs, as well as offering suggestions of what to do and see in their incredible Azores. I was traveling alone, like many others, and they truly went out of their way to make sure we felt welcomed and taken care of. Staying at Sky PDL made my adventure to the Azores that much more special.

Among the facilities at this property are a shared kitchen and a shared lounge, along with free WiFi throughout the property. I enjoyed all. The young lady at check inn, SUPER helpful. Always available to help. Everything was extremely CLEAN. The bed was very, very, comfortable. The rooms even has a privat yeard to relax and have a drink or read. I'm looking forward to be back. Thank very, very much for everything.
