The best location in Karłów you can ask for. It's far from all the noise and crowds, exceptionally clean, the stuff is beyond friendly, rooms and the common areas equipped with everything you can wish for, and the location could not be better - no need to use a car to start your trekking. There is plenty of space to park if you come by vehicle, the place is super quiet and safe. Do not look further, book your stay here.

I was amazed by the cleanliness of this place because I am obsessed with housekeepig. FANTASTIC!!! The room, bathroom and kitchen equipment were very tidy and clean. I could move around, cook and use the utensils with the peace of mind. The area was safe and quiet. The TV was connected to the internet and there was access to applications such as YouTube. Watching any favorite movies on YouTube was possible. I really enjoyed my stay there and thank you for being such a respectful host :) I highly recommend it !!!

This is a fantastic apartment located in the center of Kudowa Zdroj. It is clean, well-equipped, and situated in a peaceful area close to Park Zdrojowy. The children's room is exceptional, filled with a large number of toys and books. My 3-year-old had a great time and it was not easy to convince her to leave the room. I appreciated the attention given to children's safety in the apartment, such as the socket covers installed in the children's room. We stayed in during the onset of winter, but the apartment was warm and cozy.
