Showers are absolutely stunning and bathrooms were clean except one time. They had free coffee with a small kitchen area, and a very comfy lounge area with a huge projector and a quiet room for people who need to do work. Very fancy and a nice refresh from my usual budget hostels.

The accommodation features a shared kitchen and a shared lounge for guests. 10/10 would recommend Balai Evelyn. It exceeded my expectations given the affordable price of their rooms. You would almost have everything you need; they have shared kitchen so we were able to cook some meals instead of going out and also a living space where you can watch tv and have karaoke. Ms honey also got out of her way to help our family with bookings and transportation. Shoutout to the lovely hosts for their hospitality and our comfortable stay!

This is a brand new hostel and I loved my stay here, I kept on extending and extending :) Comfy beds, super clean, outdoor shower and great Indoor shower, nice terrace to sit and have coffee or do a little yoga session, very friendly and open-minded stuff. It's perfect for surfers the beach is 2 min walk away and the hostel has its own board rental. There is still some construction ongoing since they build more rooms, open kitchen etc but it's not noisy and also nice to have a little chat with the workers ;) we feed backed that it would be nice to have a little shelf next to the morrow and 3 hours later it was there! I really hope to be back next year, see you!
