They let us check in early, the location was walkable distance to everything, the WiFi was good, big lockers to secure everything, beds were very comfortable, all great value. Has a quiet vibe which was perfect for us. One of the best hostels we have stayed in yet. We bought mini van tickets to Vang Vieng through them as well.
