I watched IPL in common room, & had tons of fun😀 If you're travelling first time to Ujjain then the best thing is to talk to Garvit about your plan & he'll suggest you properly how to best utilize your time. I was here for two days & rented the bike also for one full day to visit the city and surrounding area. Mahakal Darshan during Shayan Pooja which was suggested by Garvit was an intense & amazing experience and so were my visits to Kalbhairav, Gadkalika, Mangalnath temple. Don't miss out on Poha & chai from aunty - Amazing it was. Hospitality, cleanliness, comfort - the place is top notch.

We arrived pretty early because of the train timings from delhi but the host was super sweet and made us comfortable. The property is beautiful, well maintained and most importantly - is surrounded by amazing people. Aniket (host) was an absolute sweetheart and super helpful. Romeo & Julio (pet cats makes the place even more beautiful. If you’re planning to stay at Hotel Sunset Orchha, do not think twice. It’s absolutely worth it. An Asian breakfast is available at the hostel. The place is very clean and the hotel staff is very friendly. From the moment I arrived they were very interested in taking care of me, and if you ask me it is much better to plan everything while you are there. If you have the opportunity to visit the place for two days, you can go to Panna Park or visit the main temples of Khajuharo. I highly recommend you to contact Kapil, he is an excellent guide, and he can take you to some incredible places in the village. Highly recommend the place, I would surely come back, no doubt about it.
