The receptionists were helpful, efficient, and friendly. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which made working remotely easy. Overall, the entire setup is thoughtfully designed with the traveler's comfort in mind. You really can't ask for more from a hostel.

The hostel location is superb in the heart of Madrid. They organize activities everyday such as morning city tours and evening pub crawl. They also have daily free breakfast snacks and dinner every other day. I want to thank in particular from the staff "Angel Garcia" who ensures everyone have a great experience from the moment they arrive for check-in. He has provided great recommendations for attractions to visit, bars to go to and places to eat, thank you Angel !
